Since the dawn of creation there has been both good and evil in
the heart of men and of women. We all contain the seeds of kindness,
or the seeds of violence. The death of my wonderful daughter, Rachel
Joy Scott, and thedeaths of that heroic teacher and the other children
who died must not be in vain. Their blood cries out for answers.
The first recorded act of violence was when Cain slew his brother,
Abel, out in the field. The villain was not the club he used. Neither
was it theNCA, the National Club Association. The true killer was
Cain and the reason for the murder could only be found in Cain's
heart.
In the days that followed the Columbine tragedy, I was amazed at
how quickly fingers began to be pointed at groups such as the NRA.
I am not a member of the NRA. I am not a hunter. I do not even own
a gun. I am not here to represent or defend the NRA -- because,
I don't believe that they are responsible for my daughters death.
Therefore, I do not believe that they need to be defended. If I
believed they had anything to do with Rachel'smurder, I would be
their strongest opponent. I am here today to declare that Columbine
was not just a tragedy -- it was a spiritual event that should be
forcing us to look at where the real blame lies! Much of that blame
lies here in this room. Much of that blame lies behind the pointing
fingers of the accusers themselves.
I wrote a poem just four nights ago that express my feelings best.
This was written before I knew l would be speaking here today. Your
laws ignore our deepest needs. Your words are empty air. You've
stripped away our heritage.You've outlawed simple prayer.Now gunshots
fill our classrooms And precious children die. You seek for answers
everywhere And ask the question "WHY"? You regulate restrictive
laws Through legislative creed. And yet you fail to understand That
God is what we need!
Men and women are three part beings. We all consist of body, soul,
and spirit. When we refuse to acknowledge a third part of our makeup,
we create a void that allows evil, prejudice, and hatred to rush
in and wreak havoc. Spiritual influences were present within our
educational systems for most of our nation's history. Many of our
major colleges began as theological seminaries. This is a historic
fact.
What has happened to us as a nation? We have refused to honor God,
and in doing so, we open the doors to hatred and violence. And when
something as terrible as Columbine's tragedy occurs - - - politicians
immediately look for a scapegoat such as the NRA. They immediately
seek to pass more restrictive laws that continue to erode away our
personal and private liberties. We do not need more restrictive
laws. Eric and Dylan would not have been stopped by metal detectors.
No amount of gun laws can stop someone who spends months planning
this type of massacre.
The real villain lies within our OWN hearts. Political posturing
and restrictive legislation are not the answers. The young people
of our nation hold the key. There is a spiritual awakening taking
place that will not be squelched! We do not need more religion.
We do not need more gaudy television evangelists spewing out verbal
religious garbage. We do not need more million dollar church buildings
built while people with basic needs are being ignored.
We do need a change of heart and a humble acknowledgment that this
nation was founded on the principle of simple trust in God.As my
son, Craig, lay under that table in the school library and saw his
two friends murdered before his very eyes, he did not hesitate to
pray in school. I defy any law or politician to deny him that right!
I challenge every young person in America and around the world to
realize that on April 20, 1999, at Columbine High School - - - prayer
was brought back to our schools. Do not let the many prayers offered
by those students be in vain. Dare to move into the new millennium
with a sacred disregard for legislation that violates your conscience
and denies your God-given right to communicate with Him.
To those of you who would point your finger at the NRA- - - I give
to you sincere challenge. Dare to examine your own heart before
you cast the first stone! My daughter's death will not be in vain.
The young people of this country will not allow that to happen.

What's Happened...
What in the world is happening with our kids today? Let's see...
I think it started when Madalyn Murry O'Hair complained that she
didn't want any prayer in our schools, and we said, "OK"
Then, someone said, "You had better not read the Bible in school-
the Bible that says thou shalt not kill, thou shalt not steal, and
love your neighbor as yourself." And we said, "OK."
Remember Dr. Benjamin Spock, who said that we shouldn't spank our
children when they misbehave, because their little personalities
would be warped and we might damage their self-esteem? And we said,
"OK we won't spank them."
Then someone said that teachers and principals better not discipline
our children when they misbehave. And our administrators said, "Whoa,
no one better touch a student when they misbehave because we don't
want any bad publicity, and we surely do not want to be sued."
Then someone said, "Let's let our daughters have abortions
if they want and we won't even have to tell their parents."
And we said that's a grand idea. And then someone else said, "Let's
give our sons all the condoms they want, so they can have all the
'fun' they desire, and we won't have to tell their parents."
And we said, "That's another great idea."
And then some of our top officials said that it doesn't matter
what we do in private as long as we do our job. And we said,"As
long as I have a job and the economy is good, it doesn't matter
to to me what anyone does in private." So now we're asking
ourselves why our children have no conscience, why they don't know
right from wrong, and it doesn't bother then to kill. Probably,
if we think about it long and hard enough, we can figure it out.
I think it has a great deal to do with "we reap what we sow."
What a concept.

The Littleton tragety was horrible enough for us all to remember.
We do not need to have to relive every detail for weeks. The media
seems surprised where "copy-cats" arrise through out the
country. Are they as much of a problem as they make out guns, the
internet or disfuctional families to be?
We all have experienced a time in our lives when we felt like striking
out. Many of us have the means at hand to do so. Yet a microscopic
number get all the publicity. I remember back in the 60's, we talked
about the 5%'ers. 5% of the youth were involved in the hippy movement.
They got the publicity. The rest of us lived by the morals of the
day, (by the most part). The media needs to stop trying to sell
and just report what they know, (not what they think).

I was listening to a Sunday interview on radio last weekend in
Louisville. The guest's name I don't recall, but he was a neural
surgeon from San Diego that has written a book on phsyscotropic
drugs given to children, that alter the brain tissue itself. He
said that these drugs were given to ALL of the young people that
did the shootings!! He said this common practice of giving RX drugs
to children, instead of parenting, is out of control. He said that
the drugs have not even been child tested or approved! I am sorry
I don't have more details. But what really has gotten to me is what
I found out from my sister in law, who is a nurse. She was saying
that hospitals know that these drugs causes phycotic episodes and
softening of brain tissue buyphycotro drugs that restrict blood
to the brain.This is real ammo against the anti -gun lobby!!!

For the life of me, I can't understand what could have gone wrong
in Littleton, Colo. If only the parents had kept their children
away from the guns, we wouldn't have had such a tragedy. Yeah, it
must have been the guns. It couldn't have been because of half our
children are being raised in broken homes. It couldn't have been
because our children get to spend an average of 30 seconds in meaningful
conversation with their parents each day. After all, we give our
children quality time.
It couldn't have been because we treat our children as pets and
our pets as children. It couldn't have been because we place our
children in day care centers where they learn their socialization
skills among their peers under the law of the jungle while employees
who have no vested interest in the children look on and make sure
that no blood is spilled.
It couldn't have been because we allow our children to watch, on
average, seven hours of television a day filled with the glorification
of sex and violence that isn't fit for adult consumption.It couldn't
have been because we allow our children to enter into virtual worlds
in which, to win the game, one must kill as many opponents as possible
in the most sadistic way possible.
It couldn't have been because we have sterilized and contracepted
our families down to sizes so small that the children we do have
are so spoiled with material things that they come to equate the
receiving of the material with love.
It couldn't have been because our children, who historically have
been seen as a blessing from God, are now being viewed as either
a mistake created when contraception fails or inconveniences that
parents try to raise in their spare time.
It couldn't have been because our nation is the world leader in
developing a culture of death in which 20 million to 30 million
babies have been killed by abortion. It couldn't have been because
we give two-year prison sentences to teen-agers who kill their newborns.
It couldn't have been because our school systems teach the children
that they are nothing but glorified apes who have evolutionized
out of some primordial soup of mud by teaching evolution as fact
and by handing out condoms as if theywere candy.
It couldn't have been because we teach our children that there
are no laws of morality that transcend us, that everything is relative
and that actions don't have consequences.What the heck, the president
gets away with it!
Nah, it must have been the guns.

know that the people who want change are assuming control of the
local party offices... once enough of them get into place they plan
to kick the Newt and Lot gang out of the party... unfortunately,
the take over gang will fail because they do not understate the
true nature of the beast... Newt, Lot, and their brother "Red
Billy' are all part of the Organized Crime Family 'Police State
USA' which occupies the offices of the American Republics... Rush
should check out the May primaries in Oregon...

'little girl Lake Oswego Cheer Leaders' for being the small time
thieves that they are - you spend hours of public air time beating
up their sniveling defenders and, you are right... they are simply
thieves, who also happen to be Cheer Leaders, who will escape punishment
for their crimes.
However, you [yourself] will not go after the armed band of 'adult
thugs' who kidnapped, assaulted, and molested the 'innocent' little
girls, at school, in McMinnville, Or. do not get me wrong, I understand
that you are in the same position as the news media guys who sustained
the reigns of terror of Hitler, Stalin, Franco, Mao, Pol Pot, the
murdering slavers of central/sub Africa-Sahara, and on and on...
therefore, if you report the news = demand justice, you will lose
your job and you will be black-balled by the stooges controlling
the Media... my point ? because you live in the quandary required
to save your job, your family, and your life... [sounds just like
the defenses for the Fascists/Communists being tried in France,
Italy, and Bosnia for their tacit and overt support of their respective
murdering police states ?]
you should back off on hypocrites like the 'dodo' Mark, from Lake
Oswego, who thinks the little looters that Cheer Lead with his daughter
should get off scott free. Smart guy that you are, you understand
the direct connection between law and order = law enforcement and
the illegal = criminal attack and trespass [under color = pretense
of being a police raid] in Dons incident... as we know, in the Dons
case, the law : the operation of law, order, and Public Safety require
that the surviving officers and their henchmen be indicted and prosecuted
for everything form B&E, to weapons, to RICO including 'Moose
and the other police covering up for the criminal cops = obstructing
justice : a police investigation and lying to federal Agents (a
whole new Police State felony.) which means they all must be indicted
and prosecuted as an organized crime family (they even falsified
evidence to try to support the original warrant-less : un-warranted
"criminal trespass and assault" on Dons : property/person)
and attendant crimes the same Police State "pattern of behavior"
: "profile" as in the McMinville affair. Slick : Polished
: Professional State Propagandist that you are you are fun to listen
to. However, I think you should be more generous and give the states

Vs. the 'McMinnville' attack on the students... The point is, when
the cops and school administrators illegally rounded the girls up,
detained the girls, and searched the girls; at that moment, 'the
process failed to meet the due process search and seizure requirements
of the USC/OSC'. Thus the cops and school Administrators [being
highly trained well-educated professionals] will fully and knowingly
broke the Supreme Laws of the US & Or.; violated their oath
of office; reduced themselves to being "defacto officers"
= became an armed band of common criminal thugs. who (while posing
as public employees) knowingly and willfully, arrested and trespassed
on = against the 'Natural rights' of all Citizens = all Citizens
who's rights are 'secured by "due process" Constitutional
stipulations; provisions' all American Citizens [which includes
girl children]. Unlawful Seizure ["regardless of how momentary"]
and search steals part of the girl's lives and violates the girls
'Natural Rights' encompassed with in the meaning of 'domestic tranquility'.
As well, when highly trained : well educated professional educators
[and educational staff] co-operate with 'criminals' 'posing as cops';
by participation, the 'Educrats' "became one with them in their
crimes, commissions, and conspiracies"... and, the whole number
"being Two or more gathered together for Criminal purposes,
acts, commissions", 'are an Organized Crime family' with in
the definition of state and federal statutes.
'The adults' worked together to illegally arrest = kidnap those
children... it was not a 'mere'/'simple mistake' ! a mistake is
an occurrence = chain of events that happens without pre-meditation,
or intention, while generating a general or specific goal or outcome...
in the McMinnville case [+ succeeding cover up] the cops and 'educrats'
intended to, and did willfully = knowingly and successfully, illegally
detain - threaten - coerce the compliance of children with adults
committing the criminal acts of 'kidnap, assault, and abuse; the
intentional, illegal, unwarranted 'seizure and search' of children.
This is a criminal matter involving a band of armed Adult thugs
[masquerading as government employees] kid-napping and violating
children to satisfy the Adult's personal whims... 'An Unconstitutional
'act' is not 'lawful'; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties;
"it creates no office"; and it provides no protection,
or 'official immunity'...
That the acting adults have gained no perceivable unjust self enrichment
or, personal occupational gain at this time is not relevant the
majority of criminal activities do not have a beneficial out come;
but, the objective of every criminal act remains 'to achieve an
unjust gain : enrichment : authority : power : office : compliance'...
the McMinnville and Dons cases both meet this criminal profile =
pattern of criminal behavior by public employees. Unconstitutionality
[the criminal act] dates from the time : moment that the act commences
and not merely from the occasion of its discovery... thus, we see,
no one can be above the law !
Therefore, when government employees take the law into their own
hands they become a mob = a band = a gang of common criminals just
like every other kidnapper, thief, and trespassing thug or Armed
band so much for the Lip service to the requirements of a Lawful
society. That is, a society designed to protect the public from
the attacks, assaults, invasions, of the brute force = arbitrary
whims of the State. The reality is, our America governments are
being occupied and supplanted by 'Police State operations'; which
means, those criminal public employees will never be brought to
justice = never be prosecuted for the crimes of kidnap, trespass,
and illegal search and seizure. Instead, they will go on free from
prosecution for their crimes; while the city and the school district
[which are not liable for the acts of a band of criminals impersonating
public employees] will have to pay out our tax $ to create a 'pretense
of settling' the case.
No government agency is liable for government employees who become
criminals while wearing the clothes : badges of public office :
employment... such attempted payoffs, themselves, compound the original
crimes as further Frauds : further attempts to obstruct justice
and the operation of Law.
A.] In the matter of the McMinnville crime spree, the sole Criminally
: Civilly liable parties are the members of the organized crime
family involved in kidnapping, assaulting, trespassing on, and other
wise molesting the school children. The 'ex' government employees
turned to a life of crime. That is, the people who are the original
adult predators; + the people who became/become confederates through
trying to cover up the original crimes/criminal acts; + any 'aware'
CSD employees who have not removed every 'predatory : child molesting'
criminal from all contact with 'all children'... which naturally,
includes their own children...
B.] In the Dons case, the invading officers and their emerging
confederates are the criminally and civilly liable parties. That
is, those who act in any manner which allows the invading officers
to avoid escape prosecution for their 'historic Crimes, Invasions',
attacks' which always occur under the pretense of color of law :
authority : necessity = as we know, the 'historic government fraud'
used to justify attacks and trespass on the general Public and other
Criminals. Dons was 'a bad attitude Criminal' who was 'engaging
in a life of crime' and the cops 'who chose to attack Dons without
lawful authority' became 'a band of bad attitude criminals' 'engaging
in lives of crime'. Government employees Orchestrating a cover up
for any Criminal act, or undertaking, come with in the definition
of = the meaning of = therefore are, an Organized Crime Family.

High School Shootings
The media has missed the point of of all this. The politicians
have missed the point of all this. If Washington passes more gun
laws and stricter security measures, they can then say they've done
something for the betterment of mankind and go home, pat themselves
on the back and get a good night's sleep. Meanwhile, a 16 year old
is seething with anger against a classmate than has done him wrong.
Most liberals would say that a conflict-resolution class would help
this kid. Who are we kidding?
Teenagers don't like adults moralizing some soft "feel-good"
agenda to them. We live in cynical times. The best way to deal with
rage not quenched by laws is to show love on a peer level. Youth
organizations that accept kids for who they are. Peers that reach
out and talk to those who are hurting. The answer is within the
hearts of our future generation. Parents must communicate with their
kids on a daily basis. This is how tragedies like Colorado can be
prevented. We need God-loving kids in our schools. We need organizations
like Young Life and Campus Crusades for Christ and Fellowship of
Chrstian Atheletes to be not just in but active amoung the student
community. The time is now for action. We can argue later about
the method.
